Revelation 19:10

In Rev 19:10 the writer reveals that, “the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” In 19:11 it starts with, ” Behold I saw heaven open.” If you lack an open heaven share the testimony of Jesus. Share what He has done in your life, share His story, this invites an open heaven. As heaven opens atmospheres change, intimacy increases and the prophetic increases inviting more testimony.

This creates a cycle, changing you from within. God does not expect you to change yourself. He creates change in around and through you.

Many Christians claim to be stuck in a rut, is this true? One thing I have learned is God takes the long view. In our instant world of instant results this seems counter intuitive. It is however true. Think back on your life to the person you were, does that person even exist anymore? In my life I see cycles as the old man give way to the new man.

In the long view the change in my life is a miracle. Sin, guilt and shame come in new forms as I claim victory over some aspect of my life. But God ever faithful is always there, teaching, correcting, loving me into slow change as I become the man He envisions me to be. Is this not true in your life?

Testify to the glory God has created in your life, Testify to His patience and long suffering. To the countless little changes He has made in your life. This will open heaven and the glory of God will surround you creating more change, more growth, and more testimonies.
