Together We are More.

Cantor’s Theorem and the Unending Hierarchy of Infinities

In my prayer life I have been asked many questions by God. Some years ago one He asked me has haunted me. He ask me this, ” I know everything, every when, every why and every how. What do I do?” I spent some time pondering this and in the end was forced to admit I had no idea.

God told me this, ” I rediscover myself through your eyes.” This answer has caused me to look inward and asked some pointed questions such as. If God is within us observing our every thought, then what is prayer really? Is it an intertwining of minds communing to raise each other to a higher point? Is it God taking joy in the wonder we feel when His spirit flows over us. Is it God perceiving us as we see ourselves and working to raise our awareness into the infinite reality we live in? The answer He informs me is yes. Then I asked Him, “why?” He answered, “Because together we are more,” I answered Him, “but You are already infinite.” He replied, ” I know, it’s really cool right?” This answer has churned in my mind for years. Then I was watching a video by Don Hoffman on the, “Know Thyself” pod cast. He explains that there is an, “infinity of infinities.” These infinites grow ever more complicated as more is added to them. Each little bit of more creates infinite outcomes. This is called, “Cantors Theorem.”

Once again I am amazed. The world shows why God seeks relationship. Because together we are more.
